Abstract
The analysis of the economical activities of domestic groups in ancient Mesopotamia has mostly used the archives belonging to the real estate buyers. Therefore, regarding the transference of real estate, the purchase strategies have always had a privileged focus. This article tries to establish certain behaviour tendencies of the sellers, by means of a serial study, using as main data the known contracts from the city of Larsa, during the 19th-18th centuries BCE.
