NOVALing is the official journal of the Research Centre for Linguistics of the NOVA University of Lisbon (CLUNL) and aims to establish itself as a reference publication in linguistic studies.

The journal is open to articles from all areas of linguistics, based on different theoretical frameworks, presenting innovative research in any language or contributing in any way to its study.

 

The journal publishes only scientific articles and is limited to two types of issues:

• One general issue per year: articles will be published according to a continuous flow logic, i.e. each article will be published as soon as its review process is completed.

• One or more special issues per year: thematic issues proposed by guest editors, which may, in some cases, align with articles from CLUNL conferences.

 

LANGUAGES FOR PUBLICATION

NOVALing publishes articles written in the following languages: Portuguese, English; French and Spanish.
