Abstract

In this work, under the express inspiration of the work of Luís Krus, some of the nobiliary "cartographies" that he studied are analysed together with others that are, as a whole, coherent for the Iberian space in the late Middle Ages. On this line of argument and complementary to previous works, the study is articulated around three reflective axes: the intentional relationship between space, time and social actors around the notion of spatial emptiness, the idea of movement that entails the fulfilment of a social function and, finally, the macro-narrative coherence in the representation of certain specifically nobiliary social spaces.
