The following article is a detailed list of Pessoa’s publications between 1912 and 1935, together with some considerations on the treatment that the editorial tradition has given to this corpus. The works published by Pessoa, the product of the author’s self-publishing, as editor of his own work, constitutes, simultaneously, a testimony of existence and an autobiographical act. This is to be contrasted with any posthumous effort of editing and any hermeneutic projection of an authorial figure as the source of meaning.
