This short text, given the date of July 10, 1970 by the author, is a decisive piece in the reception of Jacinto do Prado Coelho’s book by Eduardo Lourenço. Showing a less sharp critical dimension than other readings of the book, this brief essay reveals decisive aspects of Diversidade e Unidade em Fernando Pessoa for the development of Lourenço’s own critical approach on Pessoa.
