Author Biography
Flávio Rodrigo Penteado is a post-doctoral researcher on the Estranhar Pessoa project and a member of the Institute for the Study of Traditional Literature and Tradition at the School of Social Sciences and Humanities of the NOVA University of Lisbon (IELT — NOVA FCSH). He is also a guest adjunct professor at the Lisbon Theatre and Film School of the Polytechnical Institute of Lisbon (ESTC–IPL), where he teaches Theatre History and Dramatic Literature. His work focuses on literary and theatrical modernity, with an emphasis on the works of Fernando Pessoa and Mário de Andrade. He has published more than a dozen articles in specialised magazines and book chapters, several of them centred on Pessoa. He edited, among other works, the volume Mário de Andrade por Ele Mesmo, by Paulo Duarte (Todavia, 2022). He is also a member of the Estudos Pessoanos group at the Faculty of Philosophy, Languages and Literature, and Human Sciences of the University of São Paulo (estudospessoanos.fflch.usp.br).
